Having a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 25 or more may indicate that you are overweight.

Being overweight is caused by eating too much and moving too little.  If you eat high amounts of energy in fat and sugars but don’t burn this off through exercise and physical activity, the excess energy will be stored by the body as fat. Being overweight can be unhealthy and can lead to the following health conditions:
